Dear Friends of HIS Foundation,
The orthopedic team’s trip to Kurdistan was canceled due to the war in Iran. We hope the team
scheduled for September can go, as there are many patients waiting. Although our medical team cannot
continue providing services, our service center in the refugee camp remains fully functional, providing
recreational and educational activities for schoolchildren.
HIS Foundation is considering providing medical services to Cambodia. As a first step, a small
orthopedic team will be sent to Phnom Penh in July to serve in a mission hospital established by a
Korean mission. If local conditions are suitable, we plan to send teams regularly.
The following are service teams to be sent in the next six months.
