This is the 12th year HIS Foundation Orthopedic Team provides free medical services at Qinyang, Henan Province. Twenty-nine team members came from the United States, Australia, and Hong Kong. They treated 125 outpatients and 36 inpatients. Besides providing physical therapy and orthotics services, reconstructive surgeries were performed on 32 patients with lower extremity problems.
