An orthopedic team was sent to Qinyang Hospital of Chinese Medicine to provide free medical care including surgeries from March 24 to April 4. There were a lot of patients. The team performed 78 operations on 39 patients. Some patients, however, had to be put on the waiting list. They will be served in future when the team returns. The wheelchair team was sent to city of Sanmenxia. They assembled and donated 300 wheelchairs. Most of wheelchairs were given out in two distribution ceremonies. A small number of wheelchairs were delivered to patients’ home.
Surgery teams will be sent to Qinghai Province and Sichuan Province in May and June respectively. Please keep them in your prayer.
