14-year-old-boy born with an anomaly of the left foot
Before Surgery
Had a fixed equinus deformity leading to a chronic painful ulcer. The leg is also shorter by about 3 inches. Treated by amputation and partial foot prosthesis.
X-ray shows incomplete foot bone formation.
