December 2024 Newsletter

Dear Friends of HIS Foundation,

This year, 370 people attended the annual Thanksgiving dinner. Our team members' testimonies and treatment case reports help people understand how God use HIS Foundation to bless refugees and patients in need.

At the time of writing, a rehabilitation team is getting ready to go to Kurdistan to follow up on the patients who had surgeries in September. If patients want to achieve their maximum potential after orthopedic surgeries, frequent physical therapy and the use of braces are necessary. Thus, the work of the rehabilitation team is very important.

Next year, we will have at least three surgical teams and three rehabilitation teams. The rehabilitation teams usually depart two months after the surgery teams finish their work.  We need a lot of medical and non-medical volunteers to join our teams. Non-medical volunteers can serve as secretaries, material managers, computer specialists, photographers/videographers, and aides to medical staff.  Those interested, please get in touch with me by emailing HISFound@aol.com or calling (310)431-6323.
