November 2025 Newsletter

11/2025

Dear Friends of HIS Foundation,

The annual Thanksgiving dinner was held on November 2.  We had 40 tables of guests.  It was a joyful evening.  On one hand, we counted the blessings from God on HIS Foundation ministries in the past year.  On the other hand, we saw how patients and students were positively impacted by HIS Foundation medical missions and the refugee service center.

The orthopedic rehabilitation team just finished the services in Kurdistan.  The team provided physical therapy and fitting of braces and prostheses for over 20 postoperative patients.  It was uplifting to see the improvement of bodily functions after treatment.

The refugee service center in Kurdistan provides various types of classes or activities for about 80 students every day.  They include English classes, art classes, and sports activities.  The center also established a library.  The first batch of over 300 books donation just arrived.  It is an important landmark of the center.  Please continue to keep the service center in your prayer.  May God continue to use it as a channel of evangelism and blessings.

Wishing you the everlasting love of the Lord!

Sincerely,

James Lau M.D
