親愛的天鄰基⾦會朋友：
天鄰的康復隊剛剛到菲律賓保和省為⼿術後的病⼈覆診並做物理治療，⾮常⾼興⾒到⼿術很成 功，患者⼿術前的異常部位得到矯正，配上⽀具後可以開始物理治療。天鄰基⾦會已經與當地醫院安 排，於明年七⽉18⾄31⽇，再派⾻科隊到保和省為兒童提供免費服務。

庫爾德斯坦(伊拉克北部)⽅⾯， 現在還有數以⼗萬計的雅茲迪⼈住在聯合國的難民營，他們的 家鄉被伊斯蘭武装份⼦(ISIS)破壞後仍未重建，缺乏⽔電供應，⽽且治安不好，所以難民未能夠安全回 鄉。近期不少志願團體因財政或其他原因，撤離難民營或者減少服務。天鄰基⾦會應難民管理處的要 求，接管了⼀個服務中⼼，並且改建(⾒附圖)，將會提供醫療及教育服務。第⼀個項⽬將會是今年六 ⽉中開始的暑期活動班，為⼩學⽣和初中⽣⽽設。

Officees due to financial difficulties and other factors. HIS Foundation recently took over a vacant service center at the request of the refugee management. We have remodeled the center (see attached photos) and will use it for medical services and recreational facilities for children. The first project will be a summer program for elementary school and junior high students. The program will start in mid-June.
